How 100 Pushups Every Day Can Change Your Life

Doing 100 pushups every single day might seem like a difficult task, but realistically it’s easier than you think. I conquered this very same goal and advanced from there. Let’s start with the basics. How in the world can I get that strength? Starting is the only way you can progress and succeed in your fitness goals. Even if you can’t do a single pushup, start doing easier variations until you build the stamina and muscle. In this article, I’ll be going over step by step how I succeeded in my goals of 100 pushups/sit-ups

With every goal, you need discipline and determination. I got my motivation by setting goals. I decided that I haft to do 100 knee pushups every day until I could do my first ever pushup. Once I did my first pushup, I started to do more pushups and fewer knee pushups until I could do 100 legit pushups every single day. From there I escalated to 200, 300, and even 400! Keep in mind that I also trained my sit-ups. The one regret I have is that I did not start doing pull-ups as well. Why? Because I don’t want an imbalance in strength. It’s good to have your pulling strength and pushing strength equal, not one stronger than the other. Even though I started pullups late, I eventually got that balance. Remember that putting in the work is not all you need to do. One of the main reasons people quit exercising is because they are not experiencing progress, and the main cause of no progress is what you eat. You can’t be eating pizza and ice cream every day to gain muscle. I’m not saying you can’t have cheat days but a solid diet is key to achieving these types of goals.

Once I achieved my goals, I felt better than ever. The great thing about achieving a goal is that they help physically and mentally. Achieving my goals boosts my self-esteem. Keep in mind that there is a line to confidence, don’t be narcissistic. I even started going to MMA training. No matter what goal you have the best way to achieve it is to start. I still have a long way to go in my fitness and finance journey, but I have improved from where I started. It shows that if you work hard enough anything is possible. Thank you for reading all the way through. If you enjoyed, please leave a clap and comment if you have any questions. Have a great day my friend!
